|Recommended: YesOverall happy with initial presentation — The only things I had concern with was the bathtub resurfacing and the neighbors dogs barking. I was unable to fully move in on the date I was provided. I had already set up my PTO through my employer and ultimately had to reschedule travel plans for the weekend to accommodate a later move in date. In my opinion, the apartment was not ready due to not being able to use the shower for 48 hours and the fumes of the resurfacing materials used. I was told by Preserve staff that the material used was not harmful to inhale or be in contact with. This however, is not the case. I looked into the situation after getting an instant headache from being in the apartment, every bit of information found would prove bathtub resurfacing is highly toxic. I consulted with my safety manager at my place of employment and he confirmed.

|Recommended: NoI’m a new resident and I’m regretting moving here from my old place. — Ground are so dirty and parking is hard to find, they only give you one key and one only parking pass for your car and is scary to get towed but visitors parkings always full.
I don’t like this place and also the carpets has metal needles on the rooms I got pinched by one.
